Results will be available from 8.30am on Tuesday 10th August at Coloma. Please note, the government has determined this time for all students nationally – and is a change from our previously advised time of 8am – and we cannot release them any earlier. If the weather is fine, we may issue the results outside on the lawn; otherwise it will be in the sixth form common room. We will be applying all the necessary social distancing and hygiene procedures to ensure we are safe and will be managing the queues and distribution of envelopes carefully. Please ensure you arrive with a face covering.
Results Envelopes
The results are addressed to – and are confidential to – the student. If they cannot collect in person, they may nominate another person to collect the envelope on their behalf. They must produce a written letter of permission, which should be emailed by the student, not parent, to our examinations officer, Mrs Vu, at ExamsOffice@coloma.croydon.sch.uk by Monday 9th August. This will ensure the necessary paperwork is in place on the day of collection of the envelope. Should there be a last-minute change of plan for collection or student illness on the day, please give a letter of permission, signed by the student to the person collecting and also send an email should be sent to the Exams Office, from the student, to confirm they who will be arriving with the letter; a phone call will not suffice. Please remember that it is a very busy morning and your co-operation in making arrangements in advance is greatly appreciated. If the envelope is not collected by 11.30am, it will be posted to the student’s home address that afternoon.
