Lateral Flow Testing
Following the letter sent to all parents on 26th August 2021. Pupils in Years 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 need
to LFT test on Sunday 5th September and upload the results on this form

by 6pm on Sunday 5th September at the latest. Year 7 and Year 12 do not need to complete a test on this day nor use this link as they will be tested in school for their second tests on Monday 6th September (Year 12) and Wednesday 8th September (Year 7) instead.
All Year groups should arrive at school by 8.10am on Monday 6th September.
