We have now warmly welcomed all pupils back to school. It was fantastic to have year groups together and spend time praying and reflecting on the year ahead. A new year is always a time of hope and positivity as we take that time to be the very best version of ourselves and maybe turn over a new leaf.
As shared in the parent communication at the end of last week all pupils have now considered the importance of ‘work hard and be kind’ and what this means in reality.
As I begin my first full term at Coloma I share the words of Pope Francis with you: ‘Teaching is a beautiful job; as it allows you to see the growth day by day of people entrusted to your care. It is a little like being parents, at least spiritually. It is a great responsibility.’
