The girls who attended the Croydon Schools tournament on 28th Feb 2023 did exceptionally well. They won 5 out of 8 games and finished 4th in the competition. The winning school will represent the Borough of Croydon in the Youth Games.
It was a cold afternoon and the girls represented our school with great behaviour and sportsmanship. Each girl giving 100% effort in each game. The results of each game is listed below:

Team captain for the afternoon was Bernice who took on the responsibility very well making sure centre passes were organised before the start of each match- well done.
My coach’s player for the afternoon, goes to two students as it was a difficult decision – Aida for being versatile and playing in as GK which is not her usual position and Anushka for consistency throughout the afternoon.
Well done to all the girls, your hard work and effort paid off.
