Due to the importance of the below documentation, each student sitting their exams receive the same information through a letter that is sent home to parent and through assembly format.

Certifcates for exams sat during summer 2025 are available for collection from our main reception between the following dates and times as detailed below;
A Level between 07.01.2026 - 25.03.2026 10am - 4pm
GCSE 12.01.2026 - 25.03.2025 10am - 4pm
Please note that identification must be provided on collection.
If you are unable to collect your certificates, please complete and return the form here. If you are in contact with someone who is a current student at Coloma they would be best placed to help with this.
On collection, it is important that you carefully check that your personal details (name, date of birth, etc.) are correct and that the correct final grades issued to you are shown. You will be required to sign to confirm that you have collected your certificates.
Uncollected certificates will be stored for a limited time only, please arrange to collect as soon as possible. If you have any query regarding your certificates please email examsoffice@coloma.co.uk
