The vast array of subjects and Russell Group universities our students will be going on to:
Some students are also attending university to pursue their passions in the Arts such as Jewellery Making, Technical Arts for Theatre and Performance, and Creative Arts. We are immensely proud of the hard work and dedication that they have shown in their specialist areas and look forward to hearing about their careers as they develop. Additionally, we welcome and support those embarking on their studies to become the teachers of the future; we hope they may return to us as professionals in the future.
We also celebrate students who will be embarking on degree apprenticeships in September having committed to studying whilst working which is a significant challenge to undertake but we are confident that their determination and grit will ensure their success.
Our ‘Coloma Girls’ are able to follow their career aspirations by reading their beloved subjects at some of the top universities nationally or by continuing to develop skills and talents in their specialist subjects. We are exceptionally proud of all of our learners and have shared just a few success stories below;
Our heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2024 who have achieved incredible external exam results. Our Year 13 students have always been aspirational and ambitious learners and their hard work, determination and resilience have reaped huge rewards in their achievements.
These young women will now be following their dreams having built their foundation at Coloma and we continue to keep them in our prayers as they begin their new educational pathways and start their career journeys. Year 13 learners have always been excellent role models and we know that their achievements will inspire each and every one of the Coloma Girls in Years 7-12.
These results illustrate the real progress we are continuing to make across the board and in our Sixth Form. We look forward to seeing our former Year 11 students on GCSE results day on Thursday 22 August and welcoming them to our Sixth Form in September for a full induction programme.
